Job Description
Position will be onsite in Marshall, MN. Working a Monday-Friday schedule with day time hours.
Position Summary:
Under general supervision, prepares and inputs payroll information into the computerized payroll systems. Meets deadlines and maintains accurate pay records to ensure timely and accurate pay for associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
  • Weekly productivity report by gathering hour and productivity information from each department of each division using weekly recap reports; temporary agency hour and wage reports; weekly reports; and Time Card Edit forms and distribution of those reports.
  • Prepare and assist in preparing payroll data within Timeclock systems.
  • Gathering data from various databases/systems to pull Key Performance Indicator numbers and report to various department leaders.
  • Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding pay for performance payroll data.
  • Coordinates and processes any irregular payments. (Sign-On Bonuses; Referral Bonuses; etc.)
  • Maintain PTO records and pull hours for employees and department leaders.
  • Assist with compliance reporting; managing driver compliance; managing route information for drivers; slot information for inventory; and various other operational administrative activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
1-2 years of payroll experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to learn and navigate various computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business; Human Resources; or Accounting.
2-4 years within HR, Payroll, or relevant experience.
Proficient in Kronos/Workforce Dimensions and/or Alpha Inventory Systems.
